Communion with I AM [part B]

Subject: Communion with I AM

Foundation ScriptureJohn 6:35 (AMP) -- 35 Jesus replied, I am the Bread of Life. He who comes to Me will never be hungry, and he who believes in and cleaves to and trusts in and relies on Me will never thirst any more (at any time)

As you think about your relationship with "I AM" (GOD), will you examine and consider the following:
1. What are you laboring over or looking for in life?
2. Who are you following – your own conscience, the crowd, or the Cloud?
3. Are you willing to commune with and consume all that I AM has for you?

[B] Exit Egypt, Follow the Cloud – (YHWH, Moses & the Israelites) – Exodus 2, 3,12-16, 32

  • Who are you following – your own conscience, the crowd or the Cloud?

- Moses knew he had an assignment to help/deliver his people.  However, he started off all wrong, he did not have the mind of Christ on how to carry out his calling.  He had first exit his place of bondage and get introduced to I AM on the back side of the mountain.

- Much like many of you … I know you have a call, an unction, a desire to do something for GOD, yet you are delayed/hindered or just not equipped enough ... yet.

- The Israelites wanted to be free from bondage/slavery, but they still wanted to live in Egypt (the same way/location). They were Stiff-necked and Double-minded – they needed the wilderness journey in order to learn to trust GOD.

Colossians 1:9–10 (CEV) -- 9 We have not stopped praying for you since the first day we heard about you. In fact, we always pray that God will show you everything he wants you to do and that you may have all the wisdom and understanding that his Spirit gives. 10 Then you will live a life that honors the Lord, and you will always please him by doing good deeds. You will come to know God even better.

Do you want to remain Egypt (bondage) because you like the leaks and onions, or even for the burial plots … the stuff you deem important versus what GOD says should be your priority?

Are you ruled/led by other people’s opinions (the crowd), trying to please everyone but leaving yourself on the outside of GOD’s plan for you?

Are you still wandering around in the circles of your own opinions/conscious – hanging out  in the desert/wilderness and living on manna (which was a temporary provision for a limited season) because you refuse to enter into the land of GOD’s promise?

Think on these things and follow the Cloud -- GOD's direction, plan & purpose for your life.

Proverbs 3:5–6 (NKJV) -- 5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; 6 In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.

Genesis 15:1 (TPT) -- “(insert your name), don’t yield to fear, for I am your Faithful Shield and your Abundant Reward.”

Psalm 23:1, 6 (TPT) -- 1 The Lord is my best friend and my shepherd. I always have more than enough. 6 So why would I fear the future? For your goodness and love pursue me all the days of my life. Then afterward, when my life is through, I’ll return to your glorious presence to be forever with you!

Psalm 32:8 (NIV) -- 8 I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you.

Galatians 5:1 (NKJV) -- 1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage.

1 Corinthians 2:4–5 (NKJV) -- 4 And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, 5 that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God.
